Le Couvent D'Herepian - Hotel & Spa, Herepian

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location within the stunning Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc was fantastic and the staff was friendly, the room itself was a bit gloomy and lacked air conditioning. The breakfast was basic, and I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool due to unclear conditions. Given the overall experience, I felt the value for money wasn't quite there.
